Retreat Rates
Effective August 1, 2009
Manor House Rates
One Day Retreat: Includes one night lodging, up to three meals, and one snack.
Two Day Retreat: Includes two nights lodging, up to five meals, and two snacks.
Three Day Retreat: Includes three nights lodging, up to eight meals, and three snacks.
Weekend rates apply to retreats reserved from Friday through Sunday nights.
Week-day rates apply to retreats reserved from Monday through Thursday nights.
Contact the Braes for rates on retreats of four nights or more.
Minimum Bookings
There is a minimum booking of 20 guests for all retreats
Securing Dates
All dates are secured by completing the Retreat Agreement Form, sent to our office with a $300 Deposit.

Family Discounts
The Braes knows how hard it is for household with multiple people attending. At this time our discounts are centered around helping these people come to the Braes.
Family Discounts are as Follows:
10% discount for two people from same household
15% discount for three people from same household
20 % discount for four or more from same household
Discounts can only be applied to households only and not extended family.
Family discounts do not apply to weekday retreats.
Current discounts apply to retreats being held through June 30, 2010
Cancellation Policy
High Braes Refuge is a small Christian retreat center which offers its facility to one group at a time. As a result, we are unable to absorb the loss of cancelled retreats. Therefore, we are asking for your commitment to provide a group for the dates you have reserved or cancel your reservation prior to 90 days before your “Arrival Date” so we can offer the facility to another group. Groups canceling their reservation within 90 days of their “Arrival Date” will still be responsible for payment of 20 adults as described in the “Rates and Options” section above, for the dates you have reserved. Deposits are refundable upon completion of retreat.
All rates are subject to change without notice. However, the rate at the time of your booking is the rate you will pay.

Winter is the most requested time of year (especially for youth) here at The Braes. Being located along the edge of the Tug Hill Plateau usually means lots of snow. Groups especially enjoy snow tubing on “Canon Ball Run". Rates include use of snow tube runs.

April - December
20 Person Minimum
During the spring and summer, groups can also enjoy activities such as the Low Ropes Challenge Course, Paintball, and over 3 miles of walking trails which pass by both the waterfalls. September and October are also high request times as guests enjoy the changing season and the beautiful colors of an Adirondack fall.

Additional Rate Information
Cost for additional meals: $10.00 per meal/person. This price applies to groups only and not visitors, and is for groups that would like to add additional meals to their retreats. See "visitor rates" below.
Visitor Rates
The following rates apply to individuals coming for the day only, (no overnight stay) as a part of a retreat. There will be an $12 per person “Manor House Day Use” charge, plus a $10 per meal charge, per person.
Special rates for leaders bringing young children
Children of leaders will be charged as follows:
Ages 5-11: ˝ applicable adult rate
Age under 5: No Charge
These rates only apply to the children of leaders and speakers attending a retreat and do not apply to retreat guests under age 12. Please call for church family retreat rates.
Payment and Damage Policy: Any remaining balance including activity charges are due at the time of your retreat. (High Braes Refuge does not accept credit card payments). Your organization is responsible for the cost of repairs and damage caused by your group.
